The type DW-U is of simple robust construction and incorporates an adjustable switch point and analogue indication of flow and optical  indicator by the means of a lamp.

APPLICATIONS
Ideal for warnings on cooling or lubrication systems.

MEASURING PRINCIPLE
The DW-U type flow switch incorporates the very reliable way deflection system. The fluid flow causes a pandulum system with its circular plate to move on a pivot against a spring. The metal bellows arrangement seals the measuring device from the flow medium and allows the pendulum movement to be trasformed. The Movement  of the pendulum activates the measuring system, a 3 pole relay microswitch and a control lamp. The switch sends a signal to the flow control system. The flow switch design such that a high particle level within the flow is acceptable . However should the reducer o switch become blocked the unit will indicate “no flow”.
